knowledgeThe course is also for those seeking to refresh out of date knowledge because they have been out of practice for a period of time and probate practice has changed significantly. You may be rusty and would welcome understanding what the new online probate application involves among other things.

Don't be afraid of being a beginnerAnd then there is the brave person who sees the need to change discipline within legal practice and wants to switch to probate work. In some ways they are like a beginner in that the substance of the law and practice will be new, but they bring with them the practical knowledge of years of practice as a lawyer – so they are used to interviewing clients, understand why risk management is essential and appreciate the need for using technology and good file management. This course will provide the tools to support them in their transition.
