Trust Practitioner's Handbook
Writing books involving taxation is always challenging since we now have two occasions in the year when the Government announce changes. The 2nd edition of the Trust Practitioner’s Handbook was published in November 2007 and since then there have been significant changes adopted by the Finance Act 2008 and proposed by the Budget 2009.
It is hoped that the two updates I am providing you here will help the trust practitioner in the administration of the trusts under their care.
