Law Podcasts
If you are a solicitor in England & Wales listening to one of our legal podcasts or audio files, this can count to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD). It is a form of distance learning and you can do up to 75% of your Law CPD in this way. The beauty of using our legal podcasts is that you can listen to them at any time via any computer or download it to your computer and listen to it over and over again if you want. It is rather like listening to a radio programme. There is no need to be in the office or have to travel to a lecture to gain your Law CPD.
If you just listen to a podcast each one counts for 30 minutes of unstructured CPD. If you wish to enhance the experience and test your understanding of the subject matter you can complete the accompanying test questionnaire for each of our law podcasts. This is a really good way of improving your learning. You will automatically be provided with the results on-line and if you achieve or exceed the pass mark of 75% you will be entitled to treat the legal podcast experience as one hour of structured CPD.
To be able to listen to our law podcasts you need to subscribe to our site. If you subscribe to the LawSkills site you accept the Terms of Website Use and the Terms of Sale. Our legal podcasts are regularly reviewed. If they become out of date they will be removed from the site.
