5 SEPT 2011: FOUL PLAY

© Gill Steel - LawSkills Ltd

September 2011

Not only do we have talented contributors to the LawSkills website but they also have other skills. Our own Jo Summers has written a novel with her mother under the pen name of P J Quinn. I spent a happy couple of hours reading their first production called Foul Play - a D I Ambrose Mystery and can recommend it to you.

If you like amateur dramatics this book will be right up your street as it is set amongst a group of players. I particularly enjoyed the period setting and thought they captured the year following my birth pretty well!

There are some lovely asides from the feminist point of view and also legal mot justes which will keep us lawyers amused.

It is fortunately like doing a puzzle in true detective fashion but it iwill not tax you only surprise you.

Congratulations to P J Quinn - copies can be purchased from Amazon at
